I went to their website and found that they want feedback to their website and if you complete the free cigar form they will send you a free cigar.
Aside from that there website is kinda cool. It takes cigar buying on the web to a new level. I was able to pick my own cigars from a huge selection of premium brand cigars. I thought the sample builder worked great.
